Refund Policy
At Bebe’s Creations, each item is custom-made with care and attention to detail. Because of the personalized nature of our embroidery work, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on custom items once production has begun.
Order Accuracy & Proof Approval
We will send a digital proof or design preview for your approval before we begin stitching. This allows you to review and confirm spelling, layout, and design details. Please check your proof carefully, as we cannot be responsible for errors once the design has been approved.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part (such as a misspelling or incorrect design not matching the approved proof), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right—either by offering a replacement or a partial refund, depending on the situation.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, unless production has already begun. Once a proof is approved and stitching starts, cancellations are no longer possible.
