At Bebe’s Creations, each item is custom embroidered with care, which means shipping costs and timelines can vary depending on the size, weight, and type of product ordered.

Shipping Rates

We apply a standard flat rate for most orders at checkout. However, because many of our items are made-to-order and vary in packaging needs (such as towels, shirts, blankets, or stuffed animals), final shipping costs may differ slightly from the initial estimate.

If an adjustment is necessary, we will contact you before your order ships to confirm the updated cost.

Turnaround Time

Most orders are ready to ship within 5–10 business days, depending on the level of customization. Rush orders may be available upon request—please note this in your order or contact us directly.

Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup from our studio in Sewickley, PA. Once your order is complete, we will reach out via phone or email to coordinate a convenient pickup time.
